How do I know my roof has a problem?

Leaks are often the first sign. Check the roof and gutters twice a year for cracked, slipped or missing tiles and debris building up in the gutters. Indoors, look for bubbling or peeling wallpaper, cracked paint or stained plasterboard. The longer a roof problem is left, the more it costs to fix.

My roof is leaking, does it need replacing?

Not necessarily. A leak usually comes from loose, broken or cracked tiles or a guttering problem. A complete roof failure or an unsafe roof needs replacing, but most leaks can be repaired.

Can my roof be repaired, or do I have to replace it?

It depends on the extent of the damage and the materials. We survey the roof and tell you the options. We always repair when it is an option, but sometimes replacement is the only solution.

Do you repair flat roofs?

Yes. We repair felt, EPDM rubber and liquid coated flat roofs.

Can you match my tiles or slates?

In most cases, yes. We source matching or compatible tiles and slates so the repair blends in.
