An EPDM rubber roof is one of the longest lasting ways to cover a flat or low pitched roof. The membrane comes in large sheets, so most domestic roofs are covered in a single piece with no seams for water to find.
We are Firestone and Flex-R EPDM installers, and we fit rubber roofs across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas on garages, extensions, dormers, porches, bays, sheds and garden rooms.
Every job starts with a survey of the deck underneath, because a rubber roof is only as good as what it is bonded to. Where the old deck has rotted or sagged, we replace it with new OSB before the membrane goes down.
